PAC Manager records all contributions under the name of the steward or administrator, which appears on backend project management but not on the POCA runtime itself.
Sign in
- Locate the top-right corner of the window. You will see a round dark button labeled Sign in. It is there on every main screen (full-screen editors tuck it away until you return).
- Clicking the button produces a panel from the right with the heading Administrator Login.
- Enter your steward email in the Email field and your password in the Password field.
- Click Sign In.
The round button now shows your initials instead of the words "Sign in". There is also a Sign in with ID.me button below the form: this option is coming soon for verified members of tribal governments. If you are unable to access your wePOCA account, use the "Forgot Password?" link (password recovery arrives with wePOCA accounts), contact your local POCA branch administrator for assistance, or write to we@poca.org.
A wePOCA account grants access to contribute to the People's main POCA instance. If you don't have one yet, ask your branch administrator.
What you see once you are signed in
Click your profile photo or initials in the top-right corner at any time to open your steward panel. From top to bottom you will find:
- Your name and email, next to a circle with your initials.
- A menu (Home, Apps, Culture Library, Card Index, Media & Devices, Publishing, Community Ads, and Register New PAC) so you can jump anywhere from any screen.
- This PAC: overview of the inserted PAC detailing the edition, how many cards and files it holds, whether there are any issues, and the date of the last flash.
- Device: any PAC or enabled device currently plugged into the computer, and whether it is a PAC card.
- Recent changes: the latest three cards committed to the POCA instance.
Sign out when you are done
- Click your initials in the top-right corner.
- Scroll to the bottom of the panel and click Sign out.
The round button returns to saying Sign in, ready for the next steward. Sign out whenever you share the computer, so changes are never stamped with the wrong name.
