Identity is where the community's presence on every device is tended: the great seal, the Gateway Wheel that greets People on their home screen, and the name your PAC carries. Open it from the home screen by hovering over the great seal, then choosing Tend identity, or from the side panel's Identity link.

The Great Seal

The seal is the community's mark. It lives on the memory card itself and travels with every flash.

  1. Click the seal to replace it. PNG and WebP are the device-ready choices; SVG displays inside PAC Manager today and devices will adopt it in a coming update.
  2. Choose how it renders: Circle, Rounded, or Raw. This is a hint that apps use when they draw the seal.

The Gateway Wheel

Every POCA device shows the Gateway Wheel: a rotating ring of the eight apps on the launcher's home. The wheel wears a culture pattern, and that pattern comes from your PAC.

  1. Click Add design and choose a square image (around 1024 pixels works beautifully). Use art that belongs to the community: weaving patterns, pottery motifs, seasonal designs.
  2. The preview shows exactly what devices show: your pattern turning with the wheel, the eight apps riding it.
  3. Add as many designs as you like. The Active design is the community default; People can choose a different design on their own device, and it stays their choice.
  4. Click a design's small pattern circle to swap its art, or the trash button to retire it.

Patterns must be regular images (PNG, WebP, or JPG). If a design points at art the device cannot read, PAC Manager leaves a note in the project's diagnostics so you know before anyone's wheel goes bare.
