Gateway

org.poca.launcher

The home screen: a POCA fork of Android’s Launcher3. Its culture wheel renders a pattern served by the PAC identity provider, so the same tablet greets each community as its own.

The culture wheel

The first workspace screen is a locked wheel of the eight POCA apps (ollin, amoxtli, tlato, tlalli, cuilo, cualli, metztli, teo). Its center pattern comes from the PAC:

Feed overlay

Gateway binds its feed overlay (the swipe-left panel) directly to PAC Reader (org.poca.pac) through the standard launcher overlay protocol, and registers it as the first-priority, unconditionally trusted feed bridge. PAC Reader is, in effect, the launcher’s content companion.

What Gateway does not read

The launcher consumes no cards, configs, or index rows; its only PAC data is the identity wheel plus the overlay binding. Community identity on the home screen is therefore entirely card-driven: swap the PAC, and the wheel repaints.
